Traveling is one of my greatest passions, but today I want to talk  instead of a journey that I dream of experiencing.

The place I dream of visiting is Norway. In particular Oslo, the capital.

Oslo is the capital of Norway, European Green Capital 2019. Framed by the mountains and the sea, Oslo is a city surrounded by lush and varied nature. Oslo has become a world-famous technology hub. An interesting city also for its innovative architecture, intense cultural life and a surprising nightlife. The main attractions of Oslo are the cathedral, the park and the royal palace. One of many museums I would like to visit is the National Gallery which houses the largest collection of Norwegian art.

Another place I would like to visit is The Norwegian Fjords. They are one of the most amazing natural attractions in the world.  The rugged Atlantic coast of Norway has deep inlets, which stretch even hundreds of kilometres inland, and offer fairytale landscapes. Visiting the Norwegian fjords is a unique experience.

Very often the problems of adolescents are underestimated by older people, but these problems are very serious.

The problems can be as diverse as
Stress;
Bullying;
Depression;
Drinking and Smoking;
Drugs.

Each of these problems can generate others, bullying can lead to depression and depression to smoking or alcohol...

Fortunately, I've never had to deal with these problems, but I happen to see them in other people.

I happened to have some classmates in middle school who suffered from depression, or to see someone who was bullied. The important thing is to be able to help. In fact, I have always tried to talk to them and defend them.

Now in high school I know a lot of people who are addicted to smoking, alcohol and for some even drugs.  These problems can become very serious over time, because all these substances destroy our bodies.

To address each of these problems, I think it is important to talk about it with parents or with those who have more experience than us-
they can give us important advice regarding all our problems.

I recommend this saga to anyone who likes sports movies and especially to those who are passionate about boxing.

And what is your favourite Saga/Film?

Playing sports is an activity that I like very much. I have been playing sports since I was six years old. I have practiced basketball, swimming, football, athletics and now I have started going to the gym. Twice a week I go for a run and once I have a match of five-a-side football with my friends. 

In my opinion doing sport is very important. In fact, we not only use it to stay fit, but we also have fun and set ourselves goals.


At home, on the other hand, the sport that I follow is football. I'm a big Juventus fan, so I watch every match whether it's Serie A, Champions League or Coppa Italia. 

There are many players that I like, but my favorites are Federico Chiesa, Johan Crujff, Cristiano Ronaldo, Dusan Vlahovic and Michel Platini.

And what’s your favourite sport?

Many people when they think of Italy and Sicily, they immediately think of the Mafia,
there have been many mafiosi, but not all citizens are dishonest.  
Indeed, many of them have risked and even lost their lives to defend their ideals and own homeland and one of these is Giovanni Falcone.

Giovanni Falcone is an Italian magistrate of Sicilian origin,
who was born in Palermo on May 18, 1939 and  died on May 23, 1992 in Palermo due to a plot
organized by the mafia.

The mafia is a criminal organization that lives mainly on extortion and illicit trade.
The main characteristic of the mafia is that of insinuating itself into the social and economic life             of a country, coming to forge alliances with politics and with state officials.

I think that the mafia is one of the greatest dangers in the world, because it manages to intervene in politics,
sports...
The mafia can only be defeated if we unite and courageously abandon the silence people keep,
which is the strongest weapon of the mafia.

I chose this quote because to me it means a lot. There are many people who believe that failure is the end, but instead it is necessary to improve and as the quote says to reach success.

Also I chose it because the person who’s said the quote is a great football player, who I respect a lot.

When I read this quote, I feel motivated because I understand that even if I fail I can always make up for it and transform defeat into victory.

Finally I chose this quote to help other person that feel discouraged and defeated.
